To our Canadian customers

We are still shipping! Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, we are currently unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes.

To ensure the smoothest and fastest delivery, we recommend using a street address whenever possible. All other orders will be shipped through alternative trusted couriers.

We remain committed to getting you the adaptive clothing and essentials you need as quickly as possible.

Returns

The IZ Satisfaction Guarantee means that you can wear your items risk-free for 30 days, and if you don't love your purchase, return the items for a full refund, no questions asked. In order for us to accept your return, items must be undamaged.
