What can be returned

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. To be eligible, items must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached, and the original packing slip included in the return package.

A few things can’t be returned:

  • Gift cards — not eligible for return or refund.
  • FINAL SALE items — not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or credit.
  • Sale items — only regular-priced items can be refunded.

How returns and refunds work

  1. Start your return. Use our online returns portal to begin.
  2. Pack it up. Include the unused item(s) and the original packing slip, and ship the package directly to IZ Adaptive. Items purchased on IZadaptive.com cannot be returned to any other business, corporation, or entity.
  3. We inspect your return. Once it arrives, please allow five business days for us to confirm it meets the conditions above. You’ll be notified whether your return is approved.
  4. You’re refunded. We issue a full refund, less a $12.95 restocking fee (charged in your currency) for return delivery, to your original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account.
Added Free Returns at checkout? Your restocking fee is waived and you’ll receive a return shipping label at no charge.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there’s often processing time before a refund shows up. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@izadaptive.com and we’ll look into it.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If that happens, please contact customer service right away at 1-877-959-5093 so we can get a replacement to you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return — once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to the gift giver, and they will know about your return.

Lost, stolen, or damaged orders

If your order was lost or stolen in transit, or arrived damaged, file a claim and we’ll make it right.
